13 at age 92, is scheduled to be interred today at Grand View -- the first since the troubled cemetery at 1341 Glenwood Road suspended operations in November 2005 over allegations of fiscal mismanagement, mishandling of human remains and resale of graves.
1341 allows it to claim a deduction in 1993 at the same tax rate as it paid on the underlying gross income it reported in the years 1940-1987.
Quaker State took advantage of the relief provision contained in section 1341 to calculate the tax result of this payment.
