Guest, the well-known restaurant group with eateries throughout Manhattan, has leased 4,575 s/f at 594 Broadway in Soho for its new offices.
After little more than a year at the Museum of Comic and Cartoon Art's first physical home in Union Square, MoCCA Chairman Lawrence Klein has announced a deal to move the young museum to larger facilities at 594 Broadway in Lower Manhattan's famed SoHo arts district.
One is at 594 Broadway, just south of Houston Street, where the 1,650-SF space is being designed as a business branch.
