Holyhead's all-weather lifeboat was called out to help a fishing boat which lost power at the Abraham's Bosom cave, near One of his earliest dramas, In Abraham's Bosom, won him the Pulitzer Prize in 1927, and he went on to write scores of other compositions, among them an adaptation of Richard Wright's novel Native Son for the Broadway stage. The three,all in their 30s, were thrown into the water at Abraham's Bosom near Trearddur Bay, Anglesey. |
