Adam, Albrecht (1786–1862)

German lithographer and painter of battle scenes. He followed the French soldier Eugène Rose de Beauharnais in Russia and Italy, and accompanied the Austrian soldier Count Radetzky 1848. Among his best works are The Battle of St Michael 1812 and The Battle of Moscow 1840.
