Still's disease

Commonest type of chronic arthritis occurring in children. It is often episodic, with recurring bouts of fever, arthritis, and a red rash. In some cases there is severe systemic illness, with enlargement of the lymph nodes and spleen and inflammation of the pericardium and iris. Treatment is with NSAIDs.
