Advaita Vedanta

Hindu philosophy expounded by Shankara, based on the Sanskrit scripture Vedanta Sūtra, written by the mystic Vyasa. It teaches that this world is maya (illusion), and that the truth is one and indivisible. It opposes the philosophy of dvaita, ‘dualism’.

I have nurtured my life's long devotion to Buddhism by learning Sanskrit, not at a University but instead by studying the holy texts of Hinduism and Advaita Vedanta in the original Devanagari script.
Because all religions value some concept of Ultimate Reality, except for Buddhists and Advaita Vedantists, to focus on God enables rich engagement (26).
And hence I can only praise Bede Griffiths's effort to interpret Christianity using the categories of Advaita Vedanta.
