Eagle River Angus Farm, owned and operated by Phil Ehnle and his son, David, consists of corn, soybeans and Angus cattle. That also doesn't count premiums paid for the high quality beef the Irsik brothers consistently yield from 1,500 head of Angus cattle. The corn grows high, soybean bushes sprout nary a weed, the Black Angus cattle look fed and fit. |
