Armstrong, Craig (1959- )

Scottish composer known for his prolific and diverse work, from opera to rock music. His commissions include theatre, television, film, and classical as well as popular recordings. His first solo album, The Space Between Us, was released in 2000.

He has written music for the Royal Shakespeare Company, the Scottish Chamber Orchestra, and the Edinburgh Festival. His film credits include Batman Forever (1995), Goldeneye (1995), and Mission Impossible (1996). He has also collaborated with pop artists including Madonna, U2, Texas, and Massive Attack.
