Atakora Mountains

Atakora Mountains

A prominent series of dissected ridges in northern Benin. Extending from northeast to southwest, they continue as a spine of upland through Togo (Monts Togo and Monts du Fazao) and into southeast Ghana. They vary in height from 500 m/1,540 ft to 800 m/2,625 ft.
