The Baader-Meinhof Group of Germany and the Red Brigades of Italy come to mind.
Gerhard Richter's RAF cycle shows up in the catalogue as somehow indicating that prison conditions of the Baader-Meinhof group couldn't have been that bad - after all, there's a record player in the picture.
Oktober, 1977, his stunning cycle of works on the Baader-Meinhof Group, and I believe that they should be looked at together, even if I'm precluded from doing so here.
