Bad Godesburg

Southeastern suburb of Bonn, North Rhine-Westphalia, western Germany, formerly a spa, and the meeting place of Neville Chamberlain and Adolf Hitler before the Munich Agreement of 1938.

Bad Godesburg is connected to central Bonn by underground railway line (U-bahn). It has a ruined castle and a rococo mansion, La Redoute, in which diplomatic and other receptions are held.
