Malignant lymphoma in the head and neck associated with benign lymphoepithelial lesion of the parotid gland.
The histologic distinction between AIDS-related parotid lymphoepithelial cysts and the cystic benign lymphoepithelial lesions of Sjorgren's syndrome is that in AIDS, the cysts occur in the parotid lymph nodes, whereas in Sjogren's syndrome, they occur in the parotid parenchyma.
