Blanchard, Kenneth H(artley) (1939- )

US author and lecturer. After ten years as a professor of organizational behaviour, Blanchard founded his own based training and development company in 1978. His One-Minute Manager (1982) inaugurated a series of best-selling books and seminars promoting managerial effectiveness through the mastery of a few quickly acquired skills.
