For anovulatory bleeding disorders, the etiology of the anovulation must be addressed--eg, correct any underlying thyroid disease, advise the patient regarding weight loss or gain, and discontinue any offending medications.
People with bleeding disorders or who take blood-thinning medication (warfarin or Coumadin[TM]) may occasionally experience bruising or, more rarely, bleeding complications.
Not all patients infected with these viruses bleed, and when bleeding disorders do occur, no correlated infection of endothelial and hematopoietic cells occurs.
