Bode, Hannelore (1941– )

German soprano. She made her debut in Bonn in 1964, sang in Basel 1967–68, then joined the Deutsche Oper in Düsseldorf. She is known for her Wagner roles, for example Eva and Elisabeth. She sang Eva at Bayreuth 1973–74, and in 1975 recorded the role with Solti.
