Boisbriand

City in southern Québec, Canada, 24 km/15 mi northwest of Montréal, on the Rivière des Mille Iles, across from the Ile Jésus (Laval); population (1991) 21,100. It is a fast-growing industrial and residential suburb, with a General Motors plant.
