Boké

Town in Guinea, approximately 200 km/124 mi northwest of Conakry; population (2001 est) 16,800. It is linked by industrial railway to a port on the River Nuñez estuary at Kamsar. The town is a centre for bauxite production, using ore from nearby Sangaridi.
