Borosini, Francesco (c. 1690-c. 1750)

Italian tenor. He sang at the imperial court in Vienna 1712-31, in oratorios by Caldara and operas by Fux, and went to London in 1724, singing in Handel's and Ariosti's operas 1724-25; he created Grimoaldo in Rodelinda (1725).
