Bradford, David (lived 1794)

US political agitator. Bradford was a popular prosecuting attorney in Washington County, Pennsylvania He was the most prominent leader of the movement known as the Whiskey Rebellion. He avoided capture by federal soldiers and fled to present-day Louisiana.
