Bradshaw, Thornton F(rederick) (1917-1988)

US corporate executive. As an executive and finally president of Atlantic Richfield Co. (ARCO) from 1956 to 1981, Bradshaw developed a national reputation as a long-range strategic corporate planner. From 1981 to 1985 he was the last president of the Radio Corporation of America (RCA), restoring its profitability before superintending its sale to General Electric.
