Brega

Town and port on the coast of northern Libya, 200 km/124 mi south of Benghazi on the Gulf of Sirte. It has oil-refineries capable of refining up to 9,000 barrels of crude oil per day, and is linked by a pipeline to the oil fields of the Libyan desert.
