| The British Council for Offices has launched the conference program for their 2007 Annual Conference. Mr K was speaking at a packed British Council symposium in the Palazzo Contarini, on a panel which included David Chipperfield and Nick Johnson from Urban Splash, each of whom referred to the difficulty of getting anything done under conventional planning regimes. Now the British Council, Great Britain's international agency for promoting education and cultural relations, has launched its US$7-million two-year ZeroCarbonCity campaign to educate people in 100 cities across 60 countries about climate change. |
