Bronxville

Incorporated municipality in Eastchester town, southeastern New York, 27 km/17 mi northeast of New York City; population (1990) 6,000. It is an affluent suburb. In the early 20th century it attracted many artists and writers.

Sarah Lawrence College (1926) and Concordia College (1881) are located here.
