B2C

In computing, any electronic commerce system that sells products or services direct to the consumer, especially over the Internet. Most B2C systems are extensions of businesses that still maintain conventional sales and service outlets on the high street.

The main problem for B2C systems that rely solely on Internet business is keeping their customers. Since the Internet is a highly competitive market-place, and the technology makes it easy for consumers to change loyalties quickly, B2C businesses can have short lifespans.
