Consumer-driven business model, especially for Internet companies. The consumer determines the elements of a C2B transaction, including factors such as price that are normally determined by the business. An example of the C2B business model is the consumer-driven Internet business of priceline.com, in which the customers set the criteria, including prices, for the flights they wish to purchase, and priceline.com attempts to deliver flights within the specified parameters.
