Callander

Town and former burgh in Stirling unitary authority, Scotland, on the River Teith, 26 km/16 mi northwest of Stirling; population (2001) 2,800. An attractive holiday resort, it has long been a traditional tourist centre for the lochs and wooded glens of the Trossachs area.
