Cambuskenneth

Ruined abbey on the River Forth near Stirling, Scotland, founded in 1147 by David I. The first Scots parliament met here in 1326. The remains of James III and his queen, Margaret of Denmark, were discovered here in 1864 and reinterred with an altar memorial by command of Queen Victoria in 1865.
