Cameroon Highlands

Complex zone of mainly volcanic mountains and plateaux forming the border areas between Nigeria and Cameroon; separated from Mount Cameroon to the south by lowland. The most important massifs are the Bamenda Highlands, the Shebshi Mountains, and the Massif de l'Adamaoua. To the north the uplands continue in the Mandara Mountains.
