Campanella, La

The third of Liszt's Études d'exécution transcendante d'après Paganini for piano, composed in 1838, already used by him 1831–32 for the Grande Fantaisie de bravoure sur la clochette. The theme is that of the finale of Paganini's violin concerto in B minor, Op. 7, a rondo in which harmonics are combined with a bell.
