Canis, Corneille (c. 1510/20–1561)
| Flemish composer. He was choirmaster of Charles V's imperial chapel in the Netherlands from 1548, and later became chaplain to the Holy Roman emperor Ferdinand in Prague. He wrote church music, chansons, and other pieces. |
