Carnoustie

Holiday resort in Angus unitary authority, Scotland, on the North Sea coast, 16 km/10 mi northeast of Dundee; population (2001) 10,600. There is a championship golf course to the south of the town. The sand dunes, military camps, and artillery ranges of Barry Links extend to the southwest.
