Cartier-Bresson, Henri (1908–2004)French photographer. He is considered one of the greatest photographic artists and photojournalists. His documentary work was shot in black and white, using a small-format Leica camera. His work is remarkable for its tightly structured composition and his ability to capture the decisive moment.
