Cavazzoni, Girolamo (c. 1525-1577)

Italian organist and composer. He was organist of the ducal church of Santa Barbara, Mantua, from 1565 until at least 1577. His two books of organ music (1543 and before 1549) contain ricercari, chanson arrangements (canzoni), hymns, Magnificats, and Masses.
