Cedarburg

City in Ozaukee County, eastern Wisconsin, USA, on Cedar Creek, 27 km/17 mi north of Milwaukee; population (1990) 9,900. Cedarburg serves the surrounding agricultural area as a trade and processing centre. Its manufactures include aluminium castings, plastics, electric motors, auto parts, wire, paper, and wood products.

Settled in 1842, it was a mid-19th-century textile centre.
