Cetinje

Town in Montenegro, 19 km/12 mi southeast of Kotor; population (1991 est) 16,000. Founded in 1484 by Ivan the Black, it was the capital of Montenegro until 1918. It has a palace built by Nicholas, the last king of Montenegro.
