Chilham

Village in Kent, England, 10 km/6 mi southwest of Canterbury; population (2001) 1,600. It contains Tudor and Jacobean houses in a square between St Mary's church, and the remains of a Norman castle. Chilham Park, landscaped by Capability Brown, covers an area of 202 ha/500 acres.
