Popular children's composition (anonymous) played on the piano with the forefingers of each hand, to which the name refers by analogy with the two sticks with which the Chinese eat their food.

In the VIP rooms, of which every restaurant has at least a dozen, the bowls and plates are typically, shrink-wrapped in thin plastic; chop sticks are sealed in paper packaging.
They did have a piano in the parlour and I would amuse myself by playing chop sticks on it.
