Clérambault, Louis Nicolas (1676-1749)

French organist and composer. He was a pupil of André Raison and held the post of organist at various Paris churches. He wrote 25 cantatas and pieces for organ and for harpsichord; also pieces for solo violin (with continuo) and trio sonatas.
