Clandon Park

House near Guildford, Surrey, England, which was built around 1735 by Giacomo Leoni (1686-1746) for the 2nd Lord Onslow. It was given to the National Trust by the Countess of Iveagh in 1956.

The house contains the Onslow family pictures and furniture, the Gubbay collection of furniture, porcelian and needlework, and the Ivo Forde collection of Meissen Italian comedy figures.

Extensive repairs and structural works were made possible through substantial government grants, and two generous gifts helped to redecorate the house.
