Clements, William Lawrence (1861-1934)

US book collector. He assembled an impressive collection of colonial and Revolutionary Americana, which he donated to the University of Michigan.

He was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan. For much of his life he was president of a railway equipment manufacturing firm.
