ClytemnestraIn Greek mythology, the daughter of King Tyndareus of Sparta and Leda, half-sister of Helen, and wife of Agamemnon, king of Mycenae. After killing her first husband in battle, Agamemnon had married her by force, and later sacrificed their daugher Iphegenia to secure fair winds for the Greek expedition to Troy.
