Coldingham

Village in Scottish Borders unitary authority, Scotland, 4 km/3 mi northwest from Eyemouth; population (2001) 600. The ruins of a priory, founded in 1098, lie to the southeast. Fast Castle, the Wolf's Crag of Walter Scott's Bride of Lammermoor 1819, stands about 10 km/6 mi northwest of Coldingham on the North Sea coast.
