College Place

City in Walla Walla County, southeastern Washington, USA, on the Walla Walla River, 5 km/3 mi north of the Oregon border and 8 km/5 mi southeast of Walla Walla; population (1990) 6,300. College Place is an agricultural community.

Just east of the Whitman Mission National Historic Site, the city is the seat of Walla Walla College (1892).
