Collegeville

Community in Jasper County, northwestern Indiana, USA, just south of Rensselaer and 72 km/45 mi south of Gary; population (1990) 993. It is the seat of St Joseph's College (1889).

Township in Stearns County, central Minnesota, USA, 16 km/10 mi west of St Cloud; population (1990) 1,600.

St John's University (1857) is here, as is St John's Abbey, which has a building designed by Marcel Breuer.

Collegeville

Borough in Montgomery County, southeastern Pennsylvania, USA, on the Schuylkill River, 13 km/8 mi northwest of Norristown; population (1990) 4,200. It houses a large pharmaceuticals headquarters.

Collegeville is the seat of Ursinus College (1869).
