Conegliano

Industrial town in Veneto region, northeast Italy, on the edge of the Venetian plain, 25 km/15 mi north of Treviso; population (1993 est) 35,500. Industries include furniture manufacture and electrical appliances. Wines are produced from the surrounding hills.
