Consus

In Roman mythology, originally the god of the corn-store bins. Later he was regarded as the god either of good counsel or of secret deliberations.

His festivals on 21 August and 15 December were celebrated with horse races in the Circus Maximus, and hence he also became Neptunus Equester.
