Tokyo, Japan, Oct 26, 2006 - (JCN) - Japan's Ministry of Labour, Health and Welfare ttoday granted Daiichi Pharmaceutical approval for the ultrasound contrast medium Sonazoid for Injection, a worldwide first.
CT cisternography identified dehiscence of the left lateral sphenoid recess, which contained contrast medium that had drained into the nasal cavity (figure 3).
Use a conventional contrast medium, but require premedication with steroids and antihistamines to reduce complications.
