Coolidge

City in Pinal County, south-central Arizona, USA, 72 km/45 mi southeast of Phoenix; population (1990) 6,900. In a diverse farming area served by the Coolidge Dam on the Gila River (100 km/60 mi east-northeast), it is a tourist base 2 km/1 mi southeast of the Casa Grande Ruins National Monument.

It is home to Central Arizona College (1962).
