Coop Himmelbau

Viennese-based architectural practice, founded 1968 by Wolf Prix (1942- ) and Helmut Swiczonsky (1944- ), that promotes a radical skeletal architecture, essentially constructivist in character. Projects to date include Red Angel Bar, 1980-81, and Atelier Baumann, 1984-85 (both in Vienna).
