Cooper, Imogen (1949- )

English pianist, and the daughter of Martin Cooper. She studied with Kathleen Long at the Paris Conservatory, and with Brendel in Paris. She played in the London Promenade concerts from 1973, and in the USA from 1984, making her US debut at Los Angeles. She was noted as a sensitive interpreter of Mozart and Schubert.
